• Work alongside 1.5 physicians and one APP

• Predominantly outpatient-focused with light impatient rounding responsibilities.

• Monday through Friday schedule

• No nights and no call requirements

• Minimal weekend coverage with only one weekend per month

• Strong referral base with immediate patient volume
\n

Northwest Health – Porter is a 200-bed acute care hospital located in Valparaiso, Indiana. Accredited by The Joint Commission, the hospital offers a full continuum of services, including emergency and trauma care, cardiology, oncology, primary care, obstetrics, pediatrics, neonatal intensive care, orthopedics, spine care, and inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation.
