Benefits & Pay Compensation starts at $15.00 per hour with potential to earn up to $20.00 per hour plus tips. Pay is weekly via direct deposit. Follow our process and delight every customer, earning tips along the way. Communicate with customers and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner. Make them feel cared for. Team Lead Responsibilities (if driving vehicle) Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely. Maintain equipment. Take care of cleaning equipment and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate supplies. Ideal Candidate You enjoy working with different people as part of a team. You enjoy helping people. Job Requirements Legally authorized to work in the United States. Complete a background check. Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks. Available to work Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm.
