Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)Join a dynamic team within the Operating Room Department where we focus on providing high-quality cardiovascular surgical care. Our team operates with a variety of staff depending on the schedule and case volume, including:CVOR SurgeonsRegistered Nurses (RN)Certified Surgical Technologists (CVOR Scrub Techs)Anesthesia ProvidersPerfusionistsSurgical AssistantsWe provide 1:1 patient care in the operating room, utilizing advanced cardiovascular surgical instrumentation and equipment.Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG)Valve Repair and ReplacementTAVR ProceduresAortic Aneurysm RepairsVascular Surgical ProceduresOpen Heart SurgeryExperienced CVOR Certified Surgical Technologists with open-heart surgery experience are most recruited for.Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certificationCVOR/Open Heart Surgery scrub experienceExperience with cardiac and vascular surgical proceduresAbility to take call and respond within the required timeframeScrub color and attire are provided by the facility.Participate in scheduled call rotationMaintain competencies for cardiovascular surgical proceduresWork independently in a high-acuity CVOR settingRegular Schedule:Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PMOn-Call Requirements:Some Thursday call coverage requiredMonthly call rotation of approximately 10-12 call daysWeekend call rotated among team membersMust be able to report within established callback response timeLocation: Corpus Christi, TXClient Address: 7101 S Padre Island Dr, TX, 78412 Thrive Staffing
