Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to provide expert care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced acute care setting. The nurse will manage ICU and MedSurg patients, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor medications and treatments to critically ill patients.
• Assess patient conditions and implement tailored care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and communicate updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and interventions.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and urgent situations.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes.

Qualifications:

• Valid AK Registered Nurse license.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Proven experience in ICU and MedSurg units.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations with composure.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
