Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral) from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Ohio Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Home Health experience required. Must be able to manage caseload in patient homes and document according to home health standards. Ability to meet productivity expectation of 35 points per week. Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned territory. Minimum of 1 year of clinical PT experience preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days, 8‑hour shifts, Monday through Friday. Schedule: Full‑time, approximately 40 hours per week. Territory: Assigned travel within a defined territory; candidate must be able to travel between patient homes. Positions Available: 1.
