Pharmacy Technician - Lakeland, FL

A full-time, on-site opportunity is available for a Bilingual Pharmacy Technician (Spanish/English) to support pharmacy operations in Lakeland, FL. This role is ideal for candidates skilled in customer service and pharmacy procedures who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior pharmacy or retail experience is beneficial, and comprehensive system training will be provided.


Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Location:

• Lakeland, FL

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to both English- and Spanish-speaking patients
• Accurately enter prescription data into pharmacy systems
• Assist with medication filling and dispensing processes
• Support cashier and front-end duties as needed
• Communicate clearly with customers, pharmacy staff, and pharmacists
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment

Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required)
• Valid Florida Pharmacy Technician license (required)
• Prior pharmacy or retail/customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently
• Eagerness to learn new pharmacy systems and processes; training provided
