Job Duties Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Crown and other lift truck makes. Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks. Maintain a service van and its inventory. Process paperwork after completion of each job. Minimum Qualifications Less than 2 years of related experience High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks. Preferred Qualifications Good mechanical and electrical aptitude; knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics, and internal combustion engines; ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics. Strong written and verbal communication and customer‑care skills. Technical degree, previous lift truck repair, welding experience, or knowledge of various testing equipment preferred. Familiarity with common hand tools, electrical/air tools, torches, arc welders, and various testing equipment. Industry related training preferred. Ability to read and understand service manuals and to plan and follow through on repair tasks. Compensation and Benefits Competitive wages with an anticipated starting pay range of $23 to $28 per hour; skills and experience may adjust pay.
