Pay: $17 / hour + performance bonuses up to $2,500.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 6:30AM - 3:00PM

What to Expect?

As an Inside Sales Associate at POOLCORP, you will be an Important Part of the Customer Experience. In This Fast-Paced, Customer-Facing Role, You Will Assist Customers at the Counter and Over the Phone by Answering Product Questions, Processing Orders, Recommending Solutions, and Helping Ensure a Smooth Sales and Pickup Experience. You Will Build Strong Relationships with Customers While Also Supporting Showroom and Basic Warehouse Operations.

This Is a Great Opportunity for Someone Who Enjoys Helping Customers, Learning Products, and Working in a Hands-On Team Environment.

On a Daily Basis Our Inside Sales Associate:

• Assists Walk-In and Phone Customers with Product Questions, Orders, and Service Needs.
• Accurately Enters Sales Orders, Generates Invoices, and Processes Payments or Credit Authorizations According to Company Policy
• Recommend Products and Solutions Based on Customer Needs and Product Availability.
• Evaluates and Determines Disposition of Warranty Items Handled at the Counter, as Prescribed by the Manufacturer's Warranty Policy and Customer Needs.
• Provides an Estimated Date of Delivery to the Customer Based on Knowledge of the Vendor's Production and Delivery Schedules.
• Pulls, Stages, and Distributes Customer Orders Efficiently, Including Occasional Use of an RF Scanner.
• Restocks and Replenishes Showroom Merchandise to Maintain Product Availability and Presentation.
• Cross-Trains in Receiving, Shipping, and General Warehouse Duties to Support Overall Branch Operations.

What You Will Need:

• Must Be 18 Years of Age or Older.
• Excellent Customer Service Attitude and Comfortable Interacting Directly with Customers for Most of the Day.
• Strong Computer Skills, Including the Ability to Use Basic Computer Systems and MS Office.
• Ability to Safely Move Products Weighing Up to 100 Lbs. Using Equipment Such as a Dolly.

Preferred: High School Diploma or GED, 1+ Years of Related Inside Sales Experience, Familiarity with Pool Supplies, Parts, Chemicals, or Pool Construction/Maintenance.
