Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent machining parts company in Frankfort, is seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to create new programs and optimize existing ones for custom, high value parts. You'll work closely with engineering and shop teams in a low volume, high precision environment. This company offers a wide range of perks such as full benefits, 401K, and profit sharing!

CNC Lathe Machinist Job Summary:

• Pay: $25-$30/hr. DOE
• Shifts available:
• 1st: 7:30am - 4pm + any daily OT called.
• Some Saturdays could be called; they are mandatory.

CNC Lathe Machinist:

• Hands-on Machinist
• CAM Programming multiple different geometrically complex parts at various machining centers.
• Analyzing engineering blueprints, solid models, and/or sketches to determine the type and sequence of machine operation.
• Working with junior machinists to set expectations and further develop their skills at a high level.
• Working closely with the CMM inspection lab; have an in-depth knowledge of metrology and GD&T.
• Measuring parts on and off a machining center to prevent quality issues and production delays.
