About the Role:

Soccer Stars is looking for an energetic and passionate Youth Soccer Coach to join our team in North Palm Beach, FL! This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire young athletes, build foundational soccer skills, and make a lasting impact on the next generation of players. Responsibilities:

Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate soccer practices and drills for youth players

Teach fundamental soccer skills including dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork

Supervise and ensure the safety of all players during practices and games

Provide positive, constructive feedback to help players develop confidence and ability

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player progress and schedules

Set up and break down equipment before and after sessions

Foster a fun, inclusive, and sportsmanlike environment for all participants

Requirements:

Previous experience coaching, teaching, or working with youth in a sports setting preferred

Strong knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and player development fundamentals

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents

Patient, enthusiastic, and encouraging coaching demeanor

Reliable transportation to North Palm Beach, FL area locations

Background check required
