Senior HR Specialist
Type : Full-Time | Industry : Residential Construction

What You'll Be Doing
- Manage recruiting, onboarding, benefits, HR records, and payroll coordination.
- Guide managers through performance concerns, workplace issues, investigations, and terminations.
- Oversee training, policies, compliance, employee feedback, and HR reporting.
What We're Looking For
- At least five years of broad HR generalist experience.
- Strong employee relations, employment law, benefits, and payroll coordination knowledge.
- Experience supporting both office employees and an hourly or field-based workforce is preferred.
