Your Responsibilities as a Sewing Machine Operator: Create & Sew: Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot sewing machines while ensuring our high-quality standards. Master Your Craft: Use computer-aided design software to create patterns and adjust garments. Stay Organized: Maintain production schedules and keep inventory of materials. Monitor Progress: Track production time and keep an eye on garment quality. Follow Safety Guidelines: We take safety seriously, and we need you to help maintain a safe work environment. What You'll Need to Succeed: Attention to Detail: You'll need great hand-eye coordination and a sharp eye for quality. Sewing Skills: Proven sewing experience with a knowledge of fabrics and sewing techniques. Adaptability: You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to switch between tasks as needed. Communication: Effective communication skills are essential as you work with a dynamic team. Ability to Work Independently & with Others: You're a self-starter but know when to ask for help. Flexibility: Ability to sit for extended periods, adapt to changes, and keep a positive attitude! Education & Experience: High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
