Job Overview This role engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. The position accurately and efficiently processes cash transactions and conducts deep conversations to gain in‑depth knowledge of clients’ financial and life priorities, connecting them to solutions that support their goals. Responsibilities Build and maintain a risk‑aware culture and strive for operational excellence. Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs. Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. Partner with experts in small business, lending, and investments to grow business knowledge and network. Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively. Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities. Required Qualifications Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with strong work ethic and intense focus on results, acting in the best interest of the client. One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary‑plus incentive environment with individual sales goals. Six months of cash handling experience. Bachelor’s Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., business management, business administration, finance).
