Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and screenings to identify speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement individualized educational programs (IEPs) for students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Provide direct therapy services to students with a variety of communication disorders.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision-making.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.
• Experience working in a school setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
