REPORTING: The Dietary Aide reports to the Dietary Services Supervisor.JOB DUTIES:1. Operates pot sink, dishwashing machine and follows sanitation procedure.2. Washes and scours large pots, pans.3. Completes AM/PM nourishment’s.4. Assist tray line.5. Prepares substitutes for residents when needed.6. Take out trash, mop floors and clean working areas.7. Labeling and dating all opened products.8. Proper food handling and sanitation procedures.REQUIREMENTS:1. Kitchen experience preferred2. Able to read and write3. Able to follow oral and written directions4. Knowledge of standards of sanitation and personal hygiene5. Able to maintain an organized schedule6. Able to be congenial and work in harmony with others7.
