IN-HOME NURSE (RN/LPN)

Promise: We Will Protect What Matters Most Location: Rapid City, SD and surrounding Black Hills communities Employment Options: Full-Time or Part-Time Compensation: $30-$40/hour based on licensure, experience, and qualifications Typical Schedule: Primarily Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility based on client needs. How You'll Help Create a Better What's Next Your work will directly influence the safety, well-being, and quality of life of the clients and families we serve. In this role, you will:

• Deliver skilled nursing care in clients' homes, including assessments, medication management, wound care, and other nursing services within your scope of practice
• Build trusted relationships with clients and families through compassionate communication and consistent support
• Identify concerns early and proactively address risks that could impact a client's health, safety, or independence
• Collaborate closely with Care Pros and office leadership to ensure care plans remain personalized and responsive
• Educate clients and families so they feel informed, empowered, and supported
• Document care accurately and communicate effectively to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Help create peace of mind for families navigating complex caregiving situations

You'll join a team backed by more than 12 years of local service and over 700,000 hours of care provided throughout the Black Hills. What You'll Need

• Current RN or LPN license valid in South Dakota
• Strong clinical judgment and nursing skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Black Hills service area
• A genuine passion for helping older adults live safely and independently at home
