The position of Medical Surgical Oncology Nurse Practitioner in Farmington, Connecticut, involves providing specialized outpatient ambulatory care within a medical oncology and hematology oncology unit. • Required Qualifications: Connecticut license or compact license on file at the time of submission; minimum of 2 years of experience in oncology outpatient care; prior travel experience; experience with oncology patients, outpatient ambulatory care, and outpatient clinics; ONS chemotherapy immunotherapy provider card.
