POSITION SUMMARY:

We're currently looking for Fitness Professionals who can build training programs with regards to exercise and nutrition. The trainers we are looking for want to make a positive impact on the lives of our members and members of the Treasure Valley. Our goal is to build a partnership with our clients to maximize their success and live a healthier lifestyle.

We are looking for personal trainers that are committed to the success of the team and members that will always seek to grow. You will have the opportunity to build individualized programming for clients using the best platforms possible like Trainerize. We have opportunities such as small group training in a location built for that purpose and programming that is written in house with groups from 4-12 people. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE:

• Hourly rate of pay plus commission on all sessions.
• 401K with dollar for dollar match up to 4%.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Working knowledge of basic computer skills
• Ability to lift 45 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to design a basic program that includes cardiovascular and resistance protocols for a 6 – 10 week time frame
• A current certification that is nationally recognized in the "Personal Trainer" or "Fitness Trainer" or "Nutrition" category (see fitness director for complete list)
• CPR Certification
