Internship Availability and Duration:  This internship is onsite at our Tallahassee office location and are approximately 10 weeks in duration. We require a commitment of 20 hours per week and 4-hour time blocks on any scheduled days, through the duration of the internship. Additional hours can be accommodated if requested and approved, to meet graduation or internship course, credit requirements.  

Tax Administration is available to Sophomores or Juniors . 

• Spring Tax Internship: Mid-January through early April.

What you will do in a Tax Admin Internship:

While our traditional ACS, Tax, and Audit internships are reserved for juniors and seniors, this internship serves as the perfect stepping stone for students aspiring to grow into those advanced roles. This entry-level Tax Admin Internship is an excellent opportunity for sophomores or juniors to build foundational experience in an accounting environment. Ideal for those beginning their academic journey, this program provides hands-on exposure to essential tax-related tasks, paving the way for deeper understanding and skill development. Assist with administrative tax-related tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and record management.

• Support the team by organizing and maintaining files, reviewing forms for accuracy, and helping with basic processes


• Interact with other teams and/or departments.


• Complete other tasks, as assigned,

What you'll bring to the table:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with equivalent coursework. Junior class level preferred.


• Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment.


• Good verbal and written communication skills.


• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


• An aptitude for learning and understanding various technical software.
