Your Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with candidates to present opportunities at MLR and assess their interest
• Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
• Conduct follow-ups with leads to sustain their interest throughout the hiring process
• Accurately document and maintain records in our applicant tracking system
• Generate commissions based on the appointments you set, interviews conducted, and successful hires stemming from your efforts

Compensation Structure
