Key Responsibilities Handle a diverse caseload of construction litigation/construction disputes/business disputes/construction contract litigation matters. Conduct legal research, analysis, and case strategy formulation. Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution settings. Collaborate with partners and team members on complex legal matters. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice law in TX. Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Proven ability to manage cases independently.
