Compensation
• $50,000–$60,000 Base Salary
• First-Year On-Target Earnings: Approximately $120,000+
• Uncapped Commission
• Top performers currently earn $150,000+
• Second-Year Earning Potential: Approximately $250,000

About the Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Funding Advisor to help small business owners secure the financing they need to grow. This is a consultative inside sales position where you'll manage the entire funding process from initial application through funding while building long-term client relationships.

This is primarily an inbound sales role with approximately 100 new applicants per month, along with opportunities to reconnect with previous applicants. You'll conduct discovery calls, gather documentation, coordinate with underwriting, present funding options, overcome objections, and guide each deal through closing.

Responsibilities
• Respond quickly to inbound funding applicants
• Conduct discovery calls to understand financing needs
• Collect required documentation
• Coordinate with underwriting and lending partners
• Present approved funding options
• Explain rates, terms, and repayment structures
• Overcome objections and close funding opportunities
• Manage multiple active deals simultaneously
• Build lasting relationships for repeat business

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in alternative business finance, merchant cash advance (MCA), SBA lending, or a related lending environment
• Proven success in a high-volume inside sales role
• Strong phone sales and closing skills
• Experience qualifying small business borrowers
• Knowledge of lending documentation and underwriting processes
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency
