Overview Location: CSB Somerville, Somerville, TX 77879 • Position Type: Full Time • Education Level: High School or GED • Salary Range: $18.21 - $27.31 Hourly • Travel: Negligible • Job Shift: Day • Job Category: Banking Responsibilities Analyze multiple programs that monitor for fraudulent activity on Debit Cards and Zelle transactions, referring to e-Services for customer contact. Review checks from the previous business day that the monitoring program deems possible fraud and requires further inspection. Review and monitor remote deposited checks throughout the day. Monitor programs for fraudulent debit card transactions. Monitor programs for fraudulent Zelle transactions. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 3+ years of customer service experience preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Ability to multi-task. Able to maintain a consistent attendance record in a flexible Monday through Friday schedule. Teamwork and dedication to developing strong relationships with coworkers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
