Role Description The Client Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta, GA, responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for residential and commercial landscape clients. Day-to-day tasks include responding to client inquiries, coordinating services with design, build, and maintenance teams, and ensuring a smooth client experience from initial consultation through ongoing service. The role involves managing client expectations, tracking project progress, and proactively addressing service issues to promote high levels of customer satisfaction. The Client Representative will also support sales activities by preparing proposals, following up on leads, and explaining service offerings. This position requires frequent in-person communication, occasional site visits, and close collaboration with internal teams to maintain professional standards and long-term partnerships. Qualifications Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with clients and internal teams. Proven Customer Service experience, with a track record of resolving issues and managing expectations professionally. Basic to intermediate Sales skills, including supporting proposals, follow-ups, and service recommendations. Experience with Training clients or team members on service processes and best practices is beneficial. Experience in landscaping, construction, property management, or related fields is preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
