Manager - Statistical Programming (Hybrid)

AbbVie seeks a Manager of Statistical Programming to lead a team of statistical programmers supporting neuroscience drug development. The role involves overseeing SAS programming activities, ADaM dataset development, regulatory documentation, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid position based in Florham Park, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Lead statistical programming activities for compounds or therapeutic areas in early development
- Manage and mentor team of statistical programmers; plan resource allocation
- Develop and oversee SAS programs for ADaM datasets and TLF generation
- Ensure quality processes, timely deliverables, and consistency across projects
- Create regulatory documentation including reviewer guides and data definition documents
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics or Mathematics
- 10+ years relevant experience (or 8+ with Master's degree)
- Demonstrated experience leading statistical programming teams or projects
- Proficiency with SAS programming for pharmaceutical drug development
- In-depth knowledge of CDISC standards and ADaM development
- Experience generating Tables, Listings, and Figures
- Strong oral and written communication skills
