Your Qualifications:

• Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
  • NPs will need Family Certification for primary care
• Current PA/NP licensure in Wisconsin
• Experience in acute care, primary care, occupational medicine, and dermatology is highly preferred
