Private Equity Associate

Key Responsibilities Support the evaluation, structuring, and execution of M&A transactions, including both new platform investments and add‑on acquisitions Lead financial analysis and due diligence efforts, including building complex financial models to support investment decisions Partner with portfolio company leadership teams on strategic and financial initiatives, including KPI development, tracking, and performance management Assist with ongoing portfolio monitoring and value‑creation efforts post‑investment Participate in meetings with executive teams, intermediaries, lenders, and other transaction partners Contribute to liquidity and exit processes, including recapitalizations and sale transactions Desired Background & Skills The ideal candidate is analytical, intellectually curious, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. Candidates should bring strong valuation and M&A modeling experience, sound business judgment, and the professional presence to work directly with senior executives and deal partners.
