Senior Patient Access Representative

Performing a variety of registration, insurance verification, scheduling, and billing duties, the full-time Senior Patient Access Representative will support inpatient and outpatient access to medical services in a fully remote environment, Monday through Friday from 10 am to 6 pm. Key responsibilities Perform admissions, registration, and scheduling activities while obtaining and entering necessary demographic and insurance information into the computer system Verify patient insurance coverage, obtain necessary authorizations, and document approvals and denials in the system Assist in training new employees and follow through on open self-pay accounts for collection purposes Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required 3-5 years of relevant experience required
