Operations Reporting Analyst- Water Utility Exp. REQUIRED- OnSite (BH-398204) Location: Plainfield, United States. Sector: Utilities. Salary: $30‑35 per hour. Yoh has an immediate, 12‑month contract opportunity as an Operations Reporting Analyst within the utilities industry to join our client Onsite and report to their office in Plainfield, NJ. $30‑35 per hour 40 hours a week, Monday‑Friday, 8:00‑4:30 pm Water Utility Experience Preferred Must have advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to analyze, manipulate, and reconcile large datasets using formulas and lookup functions (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), create pivot tables, and maintain accurate operational reports. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. Due to the client‑site nature of this role, we are unable to support OPT or STEM OPT employment, including completion of Form I‑983. Responsibilities Research, verify, and update service records to support client project requirements. Create Map Call work orders and coordinate investigative activities. Maintain and update project tracking tools, including Excel spreadsheets. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person regarding service line investigations. Support cross‑functional teams with documentation and project tracking. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence, scheduling, and follow‑ups. Water Utility Experience required. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to analyze, manipulate, and reconcile large datasets using formulas and lookup functions (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), create pivot tables, and maintain accurate operational reports. Ability to manage inbox communications and respond to customer and internal inquiries in a timely manner. Demonstrated ability to interact with customers in a courteous, patient, and professional manner. Experience handling questions, concerns, or requests while maintaining a positive customer experience. Strong attention to detail when researching, updating, and validating service records. Ability to maintain organized records and ensure information is accurate and up to date. Experience within Operations Support, Utilities, Public Works, or related field will be looked at before all others.
