Part-Time Front-Of-House Event Staff

Part-Time Front-Of-House Event Team Members
The Center for the Performing Arts in the College of Arts and Architecture is seeking applicants for part-time front-of-house event team members.
Job duties to include:
- Welcoming and directing patrons
- Lobby and event space set-up
- Scanning tickets for entry
- Assuring patron safety
- Assisting with volunteer usher management
- Providing the best possible customer service experience for visitors.
Requirements, qualifications, and/or competencies:
- Successful candidates must be current Penn State students who have or wish to develop excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Resume required, cover letter optional
Schedule:
- This position requires evening hours and some weekends
- Hours vary and schedules are determined based on the weekly event schedule.
Compensation: The starting rate for this job is $15/hour.
