Job Description
Exciting Opportunity for MedSurg Nurses!

Job Description:


- Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
- Scheduled Hours: 36 hours per week
- Guaranteed Hours: 24 hours
- Cancellation Policy: Banner is allowed to cancel 1 shift per month

Requirements:
- Uniform: Navy scrubs
- Weekend Commitment: 4 weekend shifts for every 4-week schedule
- Certifications: Wyoming DFS, BLS, and ACLS required
- Experience: Minimum of 24 months of MedSurg experience with recent experience in the last 12 months
- Background Check: No hits on state license to practice
- RTO: Must be on the cover page and cannot exceed 7 days; no RTO during the first week of assignment
- Driver's License: Required for residency verification
- Travel Experience: Highly preferred

Submission Requirements:
- Cover Page: Complete Banner Cover Page is required
- Resume: Must include all facilities, departments worked, trauma level designation, and # of beds listed
- Skills Checklist: MedSurg skills checklist must be completed in the last 12 months
- License Verification: Active license to practice verified in the last 30 days
- Certifications:
- Active ACLS from approved vendor
- Active BLS from approved vendor
- Driver's License: Required documentation
