Service Receptionist - Lexus of Nashville

Lexus of Nashville is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Service Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our service department.
Position: Full-Time Service Receptionist
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday
Pay: $18/hour - Paid Weekly

What You Will Do:
- Greet service customers with a smile and guide them through their visit.
- Direct guests to the correct department and connect them with the appropriate team member.
- Answer phone calls professionally and route them or take detailed messages.
- Assist with scheduling service appointments and managing the service calendar.
- Help customers with loaner vehicles and drive customer vehicles as needed.
- Keep our caf area tidy and welcoming - including preparing light refreshments.
- Support dealership operations and jump in where needed.
