Electrical Maintenance Technician

Location Salisbury, North Carolina, United States As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in keeping our manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently. You will work with a collaborative, hands‑on team focused on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement. What will you be doing as an Electrical Maintenance Technician? Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical and electronic systems. Install and repair motors, controls, wiring, sensors, relays, and other electrical equipment. Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints. Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment. Diagnose and replace faulty electrical components. Assist with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs as needed. Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. To be successful in this role, you will need: Experience in industrial electrical maintenance. Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings. Preventive maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to safety and quality. Ability to obtain forklift certification. Things we consider a plus Technical certification, apprenticeship, or formal electrical training. Experience with PLCs, conveyors, robotics, or automated equipment. Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Experience in a manufacturing environment.
