Medical Technologist / Med Tech Role Provide accurate and timely laboratory testing, analyze proficiency samples, perform quality control, and interpret patient results. Responsibilities Assume departmental duties in the absence of supervision, complete documentation, manage stat procedures, review logs, and handle critical specimens. Qualifications Minimum 2-year/Associate Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Technologist is preferred. Must hold or be eligible for a Florida Technologist License. Licenses in clinical areas such as Generalist, Blood Bank, Serology, Chemistry, Hematology, or Microbiology are preferred.
