Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Boston, MA. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties, including luxury apartments and homes across the Greater Boston Area. Daily responsibilities include conducting property showings, preparing listings, managing client communications, and guiding clients through the entire transaction process from initial consultation to closing. The role involves prospecting for new clients and property owners, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, and using Jacob Realty’s real-time database to match clients with suitable listings. The Real Estate Agent will collaborate with colleagues, property owners, and tenants to support a high level of customer service and help grow the company’s portfolio. Qualifications Active Real Estate License and strong foundational knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property Proven Sales experience with the ability to meet or exceed performance goals Excellent Customer Service skills, including communication, relationship‑building, and client advocacy Familiarity with the Boston real estate market or a strong interest in learning local neighborhoods and trends Ability to work on-site, manage a flexible schedule, and handle multiple clients and listings at once Comfort using real estate databases, CRM tools, and standard office software Strong negotiation, time management, and organizational skills High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to fair housing and ethical practices #J-18808-Ljbffr Jacob Realty
