Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Engage in thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and needs, developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. \n
- Regularly communicate with other healthcare professionals to discuss patient progress, address concerns, and update treatment plans as necessary. \n
- Maintain accurate, timely records of client interactions and treatment notes in accordance with clinic policy and ethical standards. \n
- Educate clients on their mental health conditions, teaching them coping strategies and self-care practices that foster greater independence and awareness. \n
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards, ensuring clients feel secure while sharing sensitive information during and after therapy sessions. \n
- Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, discuss complex cases, and collaborate with colleagues towards best practices. \n
The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts. Qualifications\n- \n
- An earned Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required. \n
- Must possess an active state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or an equivalent qualification. \n
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in an outpatient therapy setting is essential, demonstrating a profound understanding of clinical practices. \n
- Strong proficiency in using technology, including electronic medical records (EMRs), word processing, and spreadsheet software. \n
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases independently while adhering to deadlines. \n
