Job Title: Finishing OperatorJob Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finishing Operator for our 1st shift team in Saint Croix Falls. In this role, you will be responsible for the final processing and quality inspection of knit materials, ensuring every product meets our exact specifications before moving forward.

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $17.00 / hour

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Feeding Materials: Safely feed fabrics and materials into finishing equipment.

• Threading & Sewing: Perform necessary threading and sewing tasks as required by the production process.

• Ticket Compliance: Carefully follow all finishing procedures and instructions outlined on printed production tickets.

• Quality Inspection: Inspect finished fabric thoroughly for quality, flaws, and consistency.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Attention to Detail: High level of focus to spot fabric flaws and adhere strictly to ticket instructions.

• Reading & Comprehension: Ability to read and understand printed production tickets.

• Visual Acuity: Able to see fabric clearly to perform detailed inspections.

• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs at times and stand or move for the duration of the shift.
