Phlebotomist Specialist-Client Office

Position Phlebotomist – Kennesaw, GA Work Schedule Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with a 1‑hour lunch break; Saturdays may be included. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Enter patient data accurately and in a timely manner Process billing information and collect payments as needed Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis Maintain patient and specimen information logs Provide superior customer service to all patients Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary Travel to additional sites when needed Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Phlebotomy certification or completion of an accredited training program At least 2 years of experience as a phlebotomist Preferred Qualifications 5 or more years of phlebotomy experience Additional Job Standards Phlebotomy certification must come from an accredited agency if replacing work experience Proven track record of exceptional customer service Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently or in a team environment Comfortable working under minimal supervision Reliable transportation Flexibility to work overtime as needed Able to pass a standardized color‑blindness test Work Setting The Phlebotomist will work in either a Patient Service Center or client office, providing exceptional customer service, performing skilled specimen collections, and serving as the face of the company. Compensation Eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics. Benefits Employees scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
