From beach concessions and snack bars, to food trucks and special events, this role keeps the fun rolling while delivering top‑on‑t service to thousands of guests each season. What You’ll Do: Lead, motivate, and develop a dynamic food service team Oversee daily operations across multiple food locations Create an exceptional guest experience through quality food and service Help introduce exciting new menu items and food concepts Manage scheduling, staffing, inventory, and cost control Work with vendors and suppliers to keep operations running smoothly Ensure safety, cleanliness, and high operational standards at all times Brings positive energy and strong leadership skills Thrives in a busy, team-oriented environment Has experience in food service, hospitality, and operations management Loves problem‑solving and thinking outside the box Takes pride in organization, quality, and teamwork Why Ocean Lakes?
