We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a full-time, contract position working with students from kindergarten through age 26 in a dedicated center-based program serving those with moderate to severe disabilities. This role offers the chance to make lasting impacts by helping students maximize their physical abilities and independence.

What You'll Bring:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Recent experience providing PT services in school or pediatric settings
• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and documentation
• Ability to adapt strategies for students with diverse learning and physical challenges
• Outstanding collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering independence and improving quality of life for each student
• Availability to begin as soon as possible and work through June 10, 2027

Your Day-to-Day:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students with a range of physical and developmental disabilities
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized plans, and track progress toward student goals
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to integrate therapeutic strategies across settings
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings, contribute to IEPs, and maintain all required documentation
• Adapt equipment, routines, and learning environments as needed for student success
• Serve as a resource for staff on best practices in mobility and motor skills support

This is a full-time (35 hours/week) contract position with a set schedule and the chance to work closely with a dedicated team. The unique center-based program structure provides ample opportunity for creativity and professional growth.
