Pricing Analyst

Universal Logistics Holdings is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support our growing Dedicated Transportation division. This role sits at the intersection of operations, finance, and business development, helping shape strategic pricing decisions that drive profitable growth across our dedicated fleet operations. If you enjoy solving complex business challenges, working with large data sets, and influencing high-value customer opportunities, this is an opportunity to make a direct impact on a fast‑paced transportation organization. Key Responsibilities Develop pricing models and cost analyses for dedicated transportation solutions, including fleet, shuttle, and contract operations. Support customer proposals, RFQs, RFIs, and RFP responses with accurate and competitive pricing recommendations. Analyze transportation costs including labor, equipment, fuel, maintenance, insurance, and overhead expenses. Evaluate profitability of existing and prospective business opportunities. Monitor contract performance and compare actual results against pricing assumptions. Identify opportunities to improve margins through operational efficiencies and pricing optimization. Create reports and dashboards that provide visibility into pricing performance and profitability trends. Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Fleet Management, and Business Development teams to validate assumptions and support growth initiatives. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, transportation, logistics, or a similar analytical role. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
