Lead Lawn Care Technician

YOUNG BUCKS LANDSCAPING LLC

Job Description

We’re looking for a dependable and experienced Lawn Maintenance Crew Lead to oversee daily landscape maintenance operations and lead a small field crew.

Responsibilities:

Lead and work alongside a lawn maintenance crew
Perform mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, pruning, and general landscape maintenance
Ensure properties are maintained to company quality standards
Organize daily routes and assign tasks to crew members
Train and supervise crew members
Safely operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscape equipment
Perform equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Communicate professionally with customers and management
Complete daily job documentation and report any property issues
Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment

Qualifications:

Crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong knowledge of mowing, trimming, pruning, and landscape maintenance practices
Ability to operate commercial landscape equipment safely
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
Strong communication and leadership skills
Able to work outdoors and perform physically demanding work
