Senior Manager, Digital Platforms

A hands-on management position accountable for global web simplification and enhancing the Company's digital presence. The position works closely with global sales and marketing leaders, product managers, and other management team members to strategize, plan, and deliver web solutions that would meet the Company's and Customer's needs (globally and regionally), using appropriate and cost-effective technologies. This is a strategic role that will be a part of the Corporate IT function reporting directly to the CIO.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Global Digital Commerce & Sales Enablement Leadership
• Analytics, Insights, and Performance Reporting
• Digital Architecture & Platform Development
• Program & Project Management
• Operational Excellence & Governance
• Vendor & Resource Management

• Ability to travel internationally 50%

Minimum requirements include:

• Bachelor Degree Required
• 10+ years of experience
• Global experience in addition to North America, experience in Europe is a Plus
• Experience and expertise in the following products, technologies, and concepts:
• Web Technologies - Java, Akamai, Amazon Web Services, ATG, Magento, .Net, HTML5, XML, SEO, SEM, Social media, CMS
• AI Technologies – Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, Agentic AI will be preferred
