Facilities ManagerFull-time position, annual salaryThe Facilities Manager provides leadership and oversight for the buildings, grounds, equipment, safety, security, and facility operations of the Cathedral of the Rockies' Downtown and Amity Campuses. The Facilities Manager ensures that church facilities are safe, welcoming, clean, well-maintained, and prepared to support worship, ministry, community engagement, and special events throughout the week.This position combines facilities knowledge with project management, staff and contractor supervision, planning, budgeting, communication, and collaboration. The Facilities Manager works closely with staff, lay leaders and volunteers to ensure that the physical resources of the Cathedral effectively support the mission and ministries of the church.The Facilities Manager serves as the church's primary representative with contractors, inspectors, service providers, and emergency responders regarding facility-related matters.
