PT - Physical Therapist

Outpatient Physical Therapist

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: 07:00 - 16:00 or 08:00 - 17:00 Weekend shifts are required.

Physical therapists (PTs) are licensed health care professionals who help patients reduce pain and improve or restore mobility. PTs examine each individual and develop a tailored plan, using treatment techniques to promote mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. They also work to prevent the loss of mobility by developing fitness- and wellness-oriented programs.

PTs provide care for patients in various settings, including outpatient clinics, hospitals, private practices, and more. The outpatient physical therapist will see approximately 9-11 patients daily and work collaboratively with a dedicated team.

Examine patients and develop individualized treatment plans

Implement treatment techniques to promote mobility and function

Educate patients on preventing and managing their condition

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed

Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

Active Physical Therapist license in Arizona

Experience in outpatient settings preferred

Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically ReDoc and MedHost
