Dentist (Traveling) - Up to $75,000 Sign on Bonus

Traveling Associate Dentist We are actively seeking a traveling associate dentist to join our growing team. Support our mission to provide excellent dental care in the community and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences for children and adults. Take care of your community while participating in activities to promote a positive image of the company. Responsibilities include: Provide dental services to patients with the support of your team. Use DentaPro software. Operate digital x‑ray, panorex units and fiber‑optic handpieces. Complete yearly OSHA, HIPAA and emergency management training. Manage patient flow with a ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant and 2 dental assistants per provider. Care for a patient base primarily ages 3‑21 with up to 30% adults. Operate an office flow of 10‑12 operative patients and 20‑25 hygiene patients per day. Accept state insurance plans, PPO and out‑of‑network payor mix. Qualifications: Doctor of Dental Surgery/Dental Medicine (DDS/DMD) from a program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation. Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where you will provide care or eligibility for licensure. Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults. Willingness and ability to travel to the required locations. Compensation and Benefits: Earn an additional wage each week for traveling to other offices within your geographic area – all expenses paid (hotel, mileage, meals). Sign‑on bonuses: student loan repayment assistance of $1,000 per month. Guaranteed daily rate up to $1,200 per day during the ramp period or a percentage of collections. Relocation assistance up to $10,000. Full‑time providers eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA.
