Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to become a part of our growing Primary Care team.

As a member of our established group of 20 Primary Care physicians, you will benefit from a 4-day work week, minimal telephone call responsibilities, and the chance to engage in teaching if you wish. You will have the opportunity to receive mentorship while also enjoying the freedom to shape your practice according to your preferences. This role is primarily outpatient-focused, with the option to take on hospital shifts if desired.

The starting salary for this position is $298,000. Compensation will be influenced by the specific requirements of the role, as well as factors such as education, experience, skills, location, and internal equity. Additionally, this role may qualify for a work RVU productivity bonus.

Our organization operates as a multispecialty private practice, with clinic, hospital, and support services conveniently located on a single campus in Hutchinson, MN, just 60 miles west of the Twin Cities. Hutchinson is a friendly community known for its excellent schools and parks.

This position is part of our independent multispecialty physician group that provides patient care services.
