Job Description The People Services Specialist provides operational and administrative support across employee lifecycle processes, HRIS administration, payroll support, employment compliance, onboarding, workforce data management, and employee services. This role serves as a central point of contact for employees, managers, and business partners, ensuring accurate employee records, regulatory compliance, exceptional customer service, and efficient execution of People Services processes. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Exceptional communication and employee interaction skills, with a genuine passion for supporting and connecting with people. A service-oriented mindset with the ability to build strong relationships with our operators and provide timely, thoughtful HR support. Collaborative team player who enjoys partnering with Operations and other support teams to help our restaurants and people succeed.
