Responsibilities
- Provide intraoperative nursing care as the OR Circulator, supporting the surgical team during procedures.
- Maintain sterile technique, manage instrumentation, equipment readiness, and positioning to ensure patient safety.
- Monitor patient status throughout the case, communicate with the surgical team, and document intraoperative events and decisions per protocol.
- Assist with counts, specimen labeling, and supplies, and support perioperative workflow and turnover between cases.
- Collaborate with anesthesia and surgical staff while respecting scopes of practice and institutional policies; adapt to evolving intraoperative needs.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- Experience as an OR Circulator or in an operating room setting preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work 4x10-hour day shifts in a fast-paced OR environment
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (RN), with eligibility to practice in California
- Strong teamwork, critical thinking, and vigilance for patient safety in perioperative care
