Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Operations in Wichita Falls, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type Full Time Walk / stand long periods of time Walk / stand long periods of time Weekly Pay Pay Rate: $13.56 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeMon04:00 PM - 12:00 AMWed12:00 AM - 08:00 AMSat08:00 AM - 04:00 PMSun08:00 AM - 04:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense manufacturing location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs of visitors, contractors, deliveries, and security-related occurrences. Report observed hazards, equipment concerns, policy violations, and suspicious activity to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
